Fire tax bills are issued annually in July for each property in Trumbull by one of three Fire District Tax Collectors in town: Long Hill, Nichols, and Trumbull Center.
Fire tax information is not available at the Trumbull Tax Collector's office and cannot be accepted by the Trumbull Tax Collector's office in Town Hall.
All fire tax bills must be paid directly to the Fire District Tax Collector in the district where the property is located. Fire tax payments cannot be processed by the Trumbull Tax Collector's office.
Tax payments that include a fire tax payment cannot be processed and will be returned.
