Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness

Your Trumbull Health Department (THD) stands ready to respond to public health emergencies, weather-related emergencies, and other disasters. In our emergency preparedness efforts, we work to anticipate what situations our Town residents could possibly face and then develop plans to be able to respond to any threats to health and safety. We partner with our Town's first responders, municipal and other governmental resources, and local/national organizations and agencies in order to ensure strong cooperation and communication protocols are in place and at the ready in case any emergency situation occurs.

Be Prepared for All Emergencies

The THD works closely with our Public Safety resources in planning and preparing for emergencies - natural or man-made - that could affect Trumbull's citizens. Visit the Public Safety Portal for important information, resources and links to ensure you and your family is prepared for all emergencies.
