The Families with Service Needs designation is for families in which a child under the age of 17 has engaged in high-risk behavior including, but not limited to, running away from the parental home without just cause, being beyond the control of their parents(s) or guardian(s), engaging in indecent or immoral conduct, truancy, or continuous and overt defiance of school rules and regulations. The Diversionary Services Coordinator accepts FWSN referrals and helps connect families with appropriate services to meet their needs.
