This is an important public safety traffic announcement from the Town of Trumbull. The Green Ribbon Motorcycle Benefit Ride to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy and sponsored by the Newtown Fire Departments will take place on Sunday, May 5, 2013. The route will travel into Trumbull from Monroe on Route 25 south then turn south onto Route 111. The ride will end at the Westfield Mall. Motorists should expect road closures and significant delays along this route from approximately11:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday.
