[ARCHIVED] Trumbull Economic Development News - January 2015

Introducing: Madison Village, 4244 Madison Avenue

Trumbull has said goodbye to the Garden Exchange, which sold garden and landscaping supplies on lower Madison Avenue for more than a generation, but welcomes Madison Village, a new neighborhood commercial center currently under construction.

Madison Village is the brainchild of Mike DiScala, principal of the Norwalk- based real estate development firm, M.F. DiScala & Company. The development, which will have 15,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space, was approved by Trumbull’s Planning & Zoning Commission in June 2014. Tenants are expected to include a boutique gift shop, a wine & spirits store, and a restaurant.

Madison Village is expected to open this spring.
