Moderna and Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccinations Available at Trumbull Health Department

Appointments Required

The Trumbull Health Department has limited doses of both the Moderna and Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine available.  Appointments are required.  To schedule an appointment or for more information contact the Health Department at 203-638-5230.  First and second dose appointments are welcome.  The Covid-19 vaccine is recommended for all individuals 12 years of age and older.  Vaccinations are the most effective strategy in combating this illness.  At this time, CT is seeing a rise in positive cases.   The majority of new infections, hospitalizations, and deaths are occurring in unvaccinated persons.  The vaccine does not prevent disease.  It does, however, reduce the severity of the disease causing fewer hospitalizations and death.

The Moderna vaccine is available for those 18 years of age and older.  Two doses are required 28 days apart.  The Pfizer vaccine is available for those 12 years of age and older.  Two doses are required 21 days apart.  The Health Department will schedule your second dose vaccination the day of your appointment.

For more information visit the Trumbull Health Department website at www.trumbull-ct.gov.  To schedule an appointment call the Health Department at 203-638-5230.
