[ARCHIVED] 2021 Memorial Day Parade Road Closures

Road Closed

The following road closures will be in place for the Town of Trumbull's Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 31, 2021.

  • Beginning at 8:30 AM: Main Street (Route 111) will be completely closed to traffic between Whitney Avenue and Gisella Road. Additionally, the only vehicles that will be permitted North of Stonehouse Road on Main Street, will be limited to those dropping off parade participants, parade vehicles and workers of St. Joseph's Manor. 
  • Beginning at 9:40 AM: Main Street between the Route 25 and Route 111 Intersection and Middlebrooks Avenue will be completely closed to all traffic until after the parade.
  • Beginning at 9:40 AM: Churchill Road between Middlebrooks Avenue and Main Street will be closed until after the parade.

Trumbull Police officers will be posted at all perimeter road blocks to assist anyone with special needs or emergencies. 

Please avoid the area or plan to arrive early, prior to these closures to view the parade.

Alternate routes include Madison Avenue, Route 25 expressway, and Daniels Farm Road. Whitney Avenue will also remain open between Broadway Road and Daniels Farm Road.
