It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of recently retired Jane Ryan Elementary School principal, Mary Ellen Bolton. A former teacher in Stratford, Mary Ellen also served on the Board of Directors for St. Vincent’s Special Needs School in Trumbull. Those who knew Mary Ellen were impressed with her upbeat personality and her loving spirit. Many families have fond memories of their years spent in her presence. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this most difficult time.
