In response to a rally being held by some Trumbull citizens, the Trumbull Police Department has issued the following travel advisory for Saturday, June 27th from 11 AM to 2 PM. This is not a Town sponsored event.

The Trumbull Police Department would like to advise members of the public of an anticipated abundance of pedestrian traffic on lower Church Hill Rd., and Edison Rd. to Main St., this Saturday, June 27, 2020. Traffic disruptions are expected between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and motorists are asked to avoid these areas if possible. The Trumbull Police Department will be in assistance in these areas and during these time to aid in the safety of the pedestrians, and assist with the flow of vehicular traffic.

Motorists could encounter possible delays if operating in the vicinity of these areas, and may wish to consider alternate routes during these times. The Trumbull Police Department also wishes to remind motorists in this vicinity to proceed with caution, and advise that any illegally parked vehicles, or those that pose a hazard to traffic, will be ticketed and towed.

All traffic related matters and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions.
