SCHEDULE UPDATE FOR WETLANDS APPLICATION FOR 5 & 15 PLUM TREE LANE: PUBLIC HEARING RESCHEDULED TO DECEMBER 4, 2025
The Town provides the following update regarding the public hearing for the application pending before the Trumbull Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission (IWWC) concerning the property known as 5 & 15 Plum Tree Lane.
The public hearing scheduled for November 13th has been canceled and rescheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Town Council Chambers at Trumbull Town Hall. Public comment will be taken at that time.
The hearing has been rescheduled because the applicant’s notice letters to neighbors were not sent by the applicant in a timely manner. In order to legally comply with Trumbull’s regulations, the applicant’s counsel requested a new hearing date to send out notice letters within the required time.
