First Selectman Vicki A. Tesoro, jointly with the EMS Commission, has appointed Colin Bassett as the new Chief of Emergency Medical Services for the Town of Trumbull, effective Monday, November 27, 2023. In his role, Bassett will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Trumbull Emergency Medical Services. It will be his responsibility to evaluate and compile an ongoing review of the services’ operating systems and help plan for the needs of the agency and the public it serves.

I am excited about and look forward to this opportunity,” stated Bassett.
