THE BOOSTER IS AVAILABLE FOR:
- PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE PRIMARY PFIZER VACCINE SERIES
- THOSE 65 YEARS AND OLDER AND RESIDENTS IN LONG-TERM CARE SETTINGS
- PEOPLE AGED 18+ with underlying medical conditions
- People aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may* receive a booster shot of Pfizer
*Boosters can only be given at least 6 months after the second vaccination.
When scheduling your appointment, please have the following information available:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Type of vaccine received
- Day of last vaccination
Please bring your vaccination card, photo ID and insurance card to your appointment.
