In the meantime, the senior center is offering exercise, art, and educational programs online. Please Call (203) 452-5199 for a calendar of events or visit the town website.

The Trumbull Food Pantry is available to all Trumbull residents who meet income guidelines or are facing food insecurity. We do not turn anyone away. We encourage residents to reach out who may be facing an unexpected circumstance such as a layoff, illness or have concerns going to the store. During difficult times, we want to reduce the stress our families face by meeting a basic need. The Food Pantry is delivering groceries and Home Delivered Meals in lieu of the Congregate Senior Lunch Program to seniors and others in need. Income restrictions do not apply. All calls, deliveries and pickups are confidential. We are able to assist families, children, adults, and seniors. Drive thru services and shopping are by appointment only to ensure the confidentiality of the shopper. To sign up for these services please call (203) 452-5136 for assistance.
Food Pantry Donations: Due to the Coronavirus, our donations procedure has temporarily changed. Food donations are being accepted, but they need to be pre-arranged with staff. It is out of an abundance of caution to protect clients, staff, donors and volunteers. More information and a list of food needs can be found on our webpage. Tax-deductible donations in the form of cash or gift cards (Stop and Shop, Big Y, Target, Walmart, etc.) will ensure that families receive the help they need. Monetary donations are also welcome. Contributions are accepted by mail to the Department of Human Services 23 Priscilla Place Trumbull, CT 06611. Please make checks payable to “Trumbull Human Services,” memo line is optional: food pantry, emergency financial assistance, or home delivered meals. 100% of your donation goes directly to helping meet the basic needs of Trumbull Residents.
