Trumbull Economic Development News
March 2015
Introducing:  Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull

The former Guida Dairy building at 2415 Reservoir Avenue, vacant for more than a decade, was demolished in 2014 to make way for a new project.   Trumbull didn't have to wait long for something exciting and special to take place on the site.

Currently under construction is a 64 unit, 72-bed memory care assisted living community, a joint venture by ND (National Development) Acquisitions, LLC, and EPOCH Senior Living.  National Development and EPOCH each have decades of successful experience in the senior housing and care industry.   The project constitutes an investment in Trumbull exceeding $10 Million.  Please note a rendering of the project, the anticipated view from Reservoir Avenue, at the bottom of this message.

The 61,000 square foot facility is expected to be a significant economic boost for the town, as a taxpayer, employer and generator of retail customer traffic in nearby Trumbull Center.  A summer 2015 opening is planned.

"Bridges by EPOCH Memory Care Assisted Living provides award-winning care to enhance the quality of life for people living with memory impairment, while bringing peace of mind to families. I'm very proud to be part of this project," said Erik Hammerquist, Executive Director.   For inquiries, please call 203-397-6800.
