10/18/21 Update: Trumbull Health Dept Offering COVID Booster Vaccines

10/18/21 Update: Please be advised that  the Trumbull Health Department will no longer be taking appointments for the Pfizer booster.

All clinic dates are fully booked through 11/2/21 at this time. Please check our website for future clinic dates. 

The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson boosters have not yet been fully approved.  Once they are fully approved, we will be publishing clinic dates.  Please continue to check back on our website for updates!


THE BOOSTER IS AVAILABLE FOR: 

  • PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE PRIMARY PFIZER VACCINE SERIES
  • THOSE 65 YEARS AND OLDER AND RESIDENTS IN LONG-TERM CARE SETTINGS
  • PEOPLE AGED 18+ with underlying medical conditions
  • People aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may* receive a booster shot of Pfizer

*Boosters can only be given at least 6 months after the second vaccination. 

When scheduling your appointment, please have the following information available: 

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Type of vaccine received
  • Day of last vaccination  

Please bring your vaccination card, photo ID and insurance card to your appointment.
