The children’s department of the Trumbull Library offers a variety of materials for check-out including books, magazines, audiobooks, Wonderbooks, and museum passes. Children of any age may sign up for a library card.
Children and parents can use any of our four computers connected to the internet and print in black & white or color. We also offer two special computers called Early Literacy Stations that provide fun, interactive games related to literacy, math, science, and more.
Be sure to check out the children’s play area full of toys, colorful murals, comfortable seating, and an enormous chalkboard. Ask for chalk and the eraser at the children’s services desk. There is also a gated area for children under the age of 2 to safely play with age appropriate toys.
The children’s department offers a variety of programs. Check out the links below or stop in and pick up a flyer. Questions or comments? Contact the Youth Services Coordinator, Elise Barlow, at ebarlow@trumbull-ct.gov or call the children’s services desk at 203-452-5197 x3100.
